The perfectionist approach to making ceramic objects is something that I have always considered a exceptional display of skill and craftsmanship. It is inspiring and beautiful, Paul Donnelly's approach to relating these objects by having a nest is fascinating to me. I want to expand on this idea by making nesting forms for my ceramic vessels with glass. I have a similar design preference, as i like symmetry, round forms, celedon and clear (tinted) types of glaze. It is a privilege to be inspired by your own professor, and to learn from someone who is so similar in taste.
